Highmark Health Options & Ivira Health are partnering together to help members manage their blood pressure.
Once enrolled, eligible members will be sent a smart blood pressure monitor so they can check their blood pressure from the comfort of their at home. Readings will automatically be sent to Ivira. Ivira’s pharmacists check your readings 24/7 and call members within 24 hours if they ever have a high or low reading. Ivira also works with providers, and will coordinate with providers for medication changes and getting members into the office sooner for appointments. Interested in joining?
